Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Ian held executive product and technology leadership roles at companies including CitySearch, Stamps.com, and Rent.com.
Dave Travers is the President of ZipRecruiter, where he is committed to the company’s mission of actively connecting people to their next great opportunity. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Dave was the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Basepoint Ventures and a Partner at Rustic Canyon Partners. Previous to that, Dave worked in the National Security Council at the White House.

Qasim Saifee is ZipRecruiter’s Chief Operating Officer who oversees the operations of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Qasim led publishing at Scopely. Previous to that, he was SVP/GM at OpenX.
Chief People Officer
Renata Dionello is the Chief People Officer at ZipRecruiter and is passionate about driving the company’s strategy through the People function. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Renata led Corporate Development globally for Sony PlayStation. Previous to that, she held a series of leadership roles at PayPal and eBay, including Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Chief Technology Officer
Boris Shimanovsky is ZipRecruiter’s Chief Technology Officer, leading all engineering and technology functions. As CTO, he is responsible for empowering his technology teammates and enabling ZipRecruiter’s ambitious goals through scalable systems, sophisticated data, and machine learning/Artificial Intelligence practices. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Boris was SVP of Engineering at Foursquare. Previous to that, he was Chief Technology Officer at Factual.
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Yarbrough is the Chief Financial Officer at ZipRecruiter. In this role he leads Accounting, Finance, Business Planning & Operations, and Revenue Operations. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Tim was the Finance Director at Convertro, Inc., up to and through its acquisition by AOL.com. Previous to that, he held various managerial and strategic finance roles at Qualcomm, Inc.
Ryan Sakamoto is General Counsel at ZipRecruiter and leads the legal team, managing contractual, legal, and regulatory matters for the company. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Ryan served as General Counsel to a variety of companies in the technology and financial services sectors and, before that, worked in private practice as a corporate transactional attorney.
Chief Accounting Officer
Amy is the Chief Accounting Officer at ZipRecruiter, where she oversees Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and Payroll & Benefits. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Amy was Vice President and Controller for a large broker dealer. Previous to that, she held management roles at a boutique technology investment bank and at Sony Pictures.
SVP, Inside Sales & Support
Elliot Wilson is ZipRecruiter’s Senior Vice President of Inside Sales and Support. Leading a diverse set of employer and job seeker facing teams, Elliot champions a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Elliot was an Area Director of Distribution at Sherwin-Williams. Previous to that, he was President at Lovejoy.
SVP, Technology Operations
Erich Gazaui is the Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at ZipRecruiter, where he is responsible for building and maintaining simple, secure ecosystems for employees to innovate and work — from IT, security, and enterprise apps to compliance and procurement. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Erich was CIO at Fashion Nova. Previous to that, he was CIO at Loot Crate.
Jen Ringel is ZipRecruiter’s Senior Vice President of Product, leading a team focused on Job Seeker, SMB, and Enterprise products. As head of the department, she brings her passion for innovation, analytical thinking, and rapid execution to the role. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Jen was the Co-Founder/CEO of MOMAssembly. Previous to that, she was a Principal at Brave New Ventures.
Associate General Counsel
Peggy Bui is Associate General Counsel at ZipRecruiter. She assists the General Counsel in management of the legal department and provides legal support in a broad variety of matters, with a particular focus on marketing and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Peggy served as in-house counsel at the Automobile Club of Southern California, and before that worked at national law firms as a general corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney.
